This program is establishing a strong foundation for moving forward and developing your knowledge and ability to manage at McMaster. It also helps establish a network of peers who you can feel comfortable calling upon after the program is over to brainstorm issues. Being a relatively new manager I don't think I would be in a position to develop this type of network on my own.
