- Senior Manager, Human Resources Integrated Strategies - Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Integrated Strategies, this position advocates strategic direction and leadership effectiveness initiatives needed to nurture employee engagement and enhance the work environment in order to achieve performance excellence at McMaster. This position accounts for the ‘Working at McMaster’ brand; analyzes, advocates, and assures superior organization development projects; and provides team-building, facilitation and consultation services.

- Project Manager, Working at McMaster - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources Integrated Strategies, this position is responsible for the stewardship and promotion of ‘Working at McMaster’ - which is the primary vehicle for ongoing improvements to employee communication, recognition, involvement, and development - aligning employee actions with the brand promise, creating a unique identity for McMaster as an employer, and developing and reinforcing the positive attributes of McMaster's work environment.  This position also facilitates the following committees:  Employee Lounges, McMaster Employee Spirit Society (M.E.S.S.!), McMaster Perspectives, and works in partnership with the Associate, Organization Performance to successfully deliver the annual President's Awards for Outstanding Service and Inspiring from Within conference.

 - Coordinator, Organization Performance - In addition to supporting the Organization Performance team in an administrative capacity, this position takes the lead on a variety of employee engagement and recognition projects, including Years of Service, Quarter Century Club, Take our Kids to Work, and works in partnership with the Managing Partner to successfully deliver the annual President's Awards for Outstanding Service and Inspiring from Within conference.
