Employee Career Services

Employment equity provides an environment in which you can develop your career. Through Employee Career Services, McMaster provides resources, information and, for eligible employees, individual services to support you as you manage your career.


Equity Resource Offices

The manages employment equity data to plan, create and lead equity initiatives; designs and provides training; and acts as a go-to person for inquiries. Other offices that support equity, inclusion and diversity include:

The Equity and Inclusion Office oversees the Human Rights and Dispute Resolution Program, the Equity Services Program, AccessMAC and the Sexual Violence Response Protocol. Through their anti-oppression programing, they offer education, consultation and confidential complaint resolution.

The Accessibility Hub is the primary portal where you can find information and links to accessibility-related information from across the University.

Concerns relating to the workplace can also be addressed to your bargaining unit, Employee and Labour Relations, or the Faculty of Health Sciences Professionalism Office.
