2009 Children's Party Ticket Registration

ONLINE TICKET REGISTRATION IS FULL.

However, a limited number of tickets are now available for purchase, while they last, on:

• Monday, November 9th     12:00p.m. – 2:00p.m.   Gilmour Hall, Room 209
• Tuesday, November 10th    12:00p.m. – 2:00p.m.   Gilmour Hall, Room 209

Tickets are $12.00 per child.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque made out to “McMaster University”.  

You will be asked to show your employee ID and to provide the following information:

Your name
Your employee number
Email address
Department / Faculty
Contact number
Name of child
Gender of child
Age of child
Age range of gift for child

Please note:  We are equipped to provide a limited selection of buffet lunch items for this event.  If your child has specific dietary restrictions we ask that you please bring a meal suited to his or her diet. Thank you.

Candid photos will be taken during the party.  Your registration implies your permission for these photos to be used in promotional material.  Persons in the photos will not be identified.
