2011 Children's Party Event Details

The 16th Annual McMaster Children's Party - "Candyland" - will take place December 3, 2011.
Tickets:
Tickets are available for children 12 and under only. Tickets will be available for sale online only. Your child must have a ticket in order to attend; tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets will be available for sale from October 24 - October 29 at www.workingatmcmaster.ca/kidsparty. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and a waiting list will be maintained after tickets sell out. Ticket cost is $15 per child (including HST).
Location:
The party will take place in the Sports Hall of the David Braley Athletic Centre from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Please use the Sterling Street campus entrance and follow the "Children's Party" signs.
Food:
Boxed lunches will be provided for children and a small buffet of snacks will be available for adults. We are equipped to provide a vegetarian option for the children; if your child has any more specific dietary restrictions, we ask that you please bring a meal suited to his or her diet.
Photos:
Candid photos will be taken at the event. Your registration implies your permission for these photos to be used for promotional material. Individuals in photographs will not be identified.
