T4 and T4A Slips for the 2009 Taxation Year were mailed to your home address on Wednesday, February 24, 2010

Originals returned to McMaster by Canada Post will be re-directed if a current address is available.

Replacement slips are subject to a $5 administration fee per copy - payable through payroll deduction, personal cheque or money order.  For payroll deduction, provide authorization in your email.

Issue of replacement slips will begin after March 15th to allow for Canada Post returns.  Please allow 5 business days for processing your request.
