For all employee groups, these deductions going forward will always be taken from the first and second pay periods in each month.  The third pay period will not include the applicable 'monthly deductions'.  This should not be confused with months in which there are three pay deposits.

Record of Employment:

A record of employment (R.O.E) will be issued electronically to Service Canada after you receive your last regular pay deposit. You may access your R.O.E online via your "My Service Canada Account". Should you require a hard copy, this must be requested directly from your Human Resources Representative. Reminder: Discontinuation of Canada Savings Bond Program
Effective October 2011 the payroll deduction program will be discontinued at the University. Please contact your financial institution or call the Canadian Savings Bonds employee line at 1-877-899-3599 for further details.
