The Management Group (TMG) includes all non-academic employees of McMaster University who are excluded from bargaining units.
The University remains committed to the Total Rewards philosophy for TMG. The Total Rewards Steering Committee meets throughout the year to review the Total Rewards program and to ensure the program continues to be relevant to the University culture, is reflective of the pay-for-performance methodology, and to communicate program details and changes as they arise.
This page provides TMG employees information on matters related to their employment with the university.
