McMaster's Clinical Scholars are a talented, diverse group of employees who are appointed primarily to carry out advanced study in collaboration with McMaster Faculty.  Our Clinical Scholars hold an MD with specialty certification and are appointed for a minimum period of two academic terms.

Compensation for a Clinical Scholar mirrors that of a Clinical Faculty member, and is composed of salary and clinical earnings.
