Return to Work Program
McMaster University is committed to a fair and consistent approach to early and safe return to the workplace following illness or injury. The contributions of employees and their presence in the workplace are essential to the achievement of the University's goals. The University recognizes that accommodations may be required to assist employees in their reintegration to the workplace.
The Return to Work Specialists within Employee Health Services work in a collaborative framework with the workplace parties to facilitate the return to work process.
