Financial & Life Planning Workshops

Employee Education – Empowering Lifetime Independence!

McMaster is delighted to continue our commitment to your ongoing financial and retirement education.  We are pleased to announce that we have contracted the services of The Financial Education Institute of Canada (FEIC) – a premier educator in financial, retirement, and life planning issues.

The Institute's Educational Workshops

Do you fully understand your benefits?  It would be a joy if every employee in every organization would fully understand and manage their company benefits.  Human Resource professionals could then rest assured that their employees are taking full advantage of the pension and benefits provisions offered, enabling them to make informed decisions on all matters pertaining to financial, retirement, and life planning.

That's where the Financial Education Institute of Canada comes in.  The Institute has no other business than educating employees on financial self-management.  Financial and Life Planning Workshops concentrate on life cycle planning, where the Institute's approach is comprehensive and holistic, drawing commonsense links between real life events and the financial implications.  The goal is to engage employees in a straightforward process that will lead them away from procrastination, fear, confusion, and stress towards knowledge, competence, control, and peace of mind.  It has to do with decisions that affect a person's life.
