Parking:

Parking vouchers will be provided by request for those parked in the underground lot below the Sheraton and Jackson Square only.

Transportation:

McMaster University supports sustainable initiatives and encourages conference delegates to carpool. In addition, a shuttle service will be provided from the University to the Sheraton and returning following the conference. If you intend to utilize the shuttle service, please indicate so on your conference registration. The shuttle will depart McMaster University at 7:45 a.m. and depart the Sheraton at 4:15 p.m. Please note that there will be only one drop-off and pick-up time and location, no exceptions.

Accessibility:

The Sheraton Hamilton is an accessible venue. Elevators are available for those who require them. If you require special accommodations on the day of the conference, please do not hesitate to e-mail or call ext. 23275. The conference committee will be happy to assist you!
