Online Registration for Bursary Applications
Further to the introduction of the SOLAR registration system, please be advised of the following instructions to assist you with a smooth registration process.
This applies to eligible employees who are: a)Enrolling in undergraduate, graduate, or MBA courses and/or b) Applying for Bursary for a child or spouse.
- Fill out the appropriate application form as early as possible prior to the commencement of the academic term for which you are applying.
- Return form to HR Service Centre, Campus Service Building Room 202 for processing (processing, including set up on SOLAR, should take 3-5 business days).
- Enter SOLAR to choose your courses and make payment arrangements for any balance owing.
Additional Information
Student Online Academic Registration (SOLAR) is MUGSI's Academic Registration portal to McMaster University's Student Self-Registration system. SOLAR's use has recently been extended to employee registration and can be accessed through MUGSI.
Eligible employees may access MUGSI's SOLAR system from any home or on-campus computer, available computer labs on campus, or from anywhere you surf the web.
