The Management Group (TMG) Benefits Plan
Effective July 1st, 2007 your benefit plan will incorporate the following improvements:
- Vision Care: $85 per insured person for one eye examination every 24 months.
- Drug Formulary: Inclusion of aerochambers and glucometers under RX05 formulary, with paper claim submission required.

Did You Know?
Effective January 1st, 2006 the TMG Vision Care benefit will be classified as a Rolling Benefit.
