Operating Engineers Benefit Plan
Effective March 1, 2010:
Dental Coverage: Dental Implants included, subject to the limitations specified under Major Dental Procedures.
Vision Coverage: Prescription glasses or contact lenses covered to a maximum of $300 every 24 months on a rolling basis.
Effective December 1, 2008:
Drug Formulary: The prescription drug plan will be revised to a nwe formulary named Rx05.
Paramedical Coverage: Coverage has increased to $500 per person per benefit year with no per visit maximum (this does not apply to speech therapists)
Hearing Aids: $300 per person per ear every three (3) years.
