Effective January 1, 2008 your benefit plan will incorporate the following improvements:
Vision Coverage: $250 every 24 months for prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses as a rolling benefit; $85 every 24 months per person for one eye examination.
Hearing Aids: $500 per ear every three (3) years.
