Faculty & Librarian Benefit Plans

Your benefits coverage includes: Health, Dental, Group Life, Out-of-Province and Long-Term Disability Plans.

Effective July 1st, 2006 for Faculty members and June 16th, 2006 for Librarians, your benefit plan will incorporate the following improvement:

Paramedicals: $300 per person per benefit year with no per visit limit.

What is a "Rolling Benefit"?

As a faculty member or librarian you are entitled to $250 every 24 months for vision care (please see booklet).   Purchases equaling the total benefit amount may be made on separate occassions, however amounts are replenished 24 months from the puchase date. This is a "Rolling Benefit" because the purchase amount "rolls" 24 months from the date of purchase.
