Plan Improvements:
Effective June 16, 2009 your benefit plan will include the following improvements:
Paramedical: No doctor's note required for Massage Therapy performed by a licensed Massage Therapist.
Dental: Dental Implants included, subject to the limitations specified under Major Dental Procedures.
Did you know?
As a member of CAW Local 555 you are entitled to $250 every 24 months for vision care (please see booklet). Purchases equaling the total benefit amount may be made on separate occassions, however amounts are replenished 24 months from the puchase date. This is a "Rolling Benefit" because the purchase amount "rolls" 24 months from the date of purchase.
